If I don't have a fancy Wave, what is the best technique for draining the yogurt? Cheesecloth would be your best bet - you can get it anywhere they sell canning supplies, such as a hardware store. Just spoon the yogurt onto a piece of cheesecloth, gather it into a ball, and suspend it over a bowl, in the fridge; it'll drain just fine. PJH
