I substitute Lyle's golden syrup or brown rice syrup for corn syrup. I don't like the taste of honey. This looks amazing. I keep eyeing my ice cream maker and this is reason enough to get it out! Oh, good idea - I LOVE Lyle's! Next time that's what I'm using. And you need to get out your ice cream maker for sure, considering we'll be posting three ice cream blogs the next 3 days... PJH
