I made these this past weekend. Delicious! However, my dough deflated when I brushed with the butter. They did not rise again to become a bun but we still ate them. Will make again - trial and error. Thanks KA - just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE ya! It sounds like your dough just proofed a little too long. Try shortening the rising time by about 15 minutes and see if that helps. ~Amy
