Hi PJ -- My wife was just told that she should not be having anything with cow dairy in it. Can i substitute margarine or butter flavored shortening or something else in this recipe? Thanks! Yes, substitute a full-fat margarine (not "lite" or "light"), and you should be just fine, Ted. :) PJH
