In one part of the recipe you suggest if you want to add seeds to only use the yolk, in another part you say if you're not adding seeds you do not need the egg white glaze.

If using the yolk to glaze before seeds, this deviates from the direct online recipe which suggests using the white and adding the additional yolk into the dough for added richness and in order to not waste it.

Which way is correct? I came to the blog for clarity on what I was looking for in dough consistency but am leaving more confused on the recipe it's self lol
