I've made this recipe twice. Exactly as written. I'm having trouble with them browning. I bought an oven thermometer to check temp of oven. The bottoms of the buns are burning before the tops are brown enough. Using parchment paper and aluminum 1/2 sheet pans. Have the butter, Sesame seeds & egg white wash on top. Having to bake 35 to 40 minutes! What can I do? Should I use dark colored baking sheets? We love the taste of these rolls.
