I almost cried tears of joy today when I made these. After many failed attempts over the years, this is my very first successful yeast bread/bun ever...and I’m 51 yrs old. More than just successful, they are SO delicious! Highly recommend this recipe to beginners, if I can do it, anyone can. I think I always added too much flour and/or not enough kneading. I followed this recipe exactly, weighing in grams. I also clicked on, went to the blog and looked at all the pics. It helped a lot as well. Cannot thank KAF enough. Hope to have lots more success with more of your recipes. I may never buy my (other lifelong-used) flour again. From a new loyal follower. Ps. I also love KAF cake enhancer, have used it many times, with great outcomes. Thanks for so many great products!
