Hi Diane, we can certainly help perfect your Burger Buns. You might want to try shaping the dough into a square by tugging at the corners and flattening the center before diving the dough. This way you can make even cuts, diving the dough into thirds in both directions. As for shaping the dough into rounds, we recommend checking out this video on our website about how to shape dinner rolls. (Burger buns can be shaped using the same technique—they're just slightly larger.) You can also use the technique shown in the video and divide the dough into eight triangle-shaped pieces; just note the buns will be slightly bigger. We hope that helps! Kye@KAF
