Thanks so much for the explanation for my super fast rising bread. I read everything-so I thought about bread baking and just learned from you that my manic bread making in recent months has made my kitchen very "yeast friendly". I can't wait to try this one. My favorite KAF recipe so far is the Italian Sesame. With or without sesame, it's a hit a bread or dinner rolls. And it has been pressed onto service as hamburger rolls. But this recipe looks worth a try.
