Yes you can go ahead and use 2 tablespoons of soft coconut oil instead of the butter if you like. You can also use either white whole wheat or traditional whole wheat flour instead of the all-purpose flour in the recipe, but the buns may rise slightly less. The dough may also need a few tablespoons of extra water to achieve the same consistency. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
