Hello, Ruth Ann - We are happy to hear you and your hubby love this recipe! What I suggest is doubling up your sheet pans. If you are using a hamburger bun pan or hotdog bun pan, bake on a sheet pan to protect the bottoms. When I bake my biscuits I have to double up my sheet pans every time! Bake on the middle rack, too.
