I love these buns, I have been making them for years. But I just received the King Arthur bun pan and used it with this recipe. I used the same baking time as always, and my buns were over done. If you have this pan, the baking time needs be be shortened a little. I hope this helps someone! True, true. Our USA Pans do speed up the bake time slightly and when you have a dough that is not lean, be a little careful. Elisabeth
