Must add two of favorite seasonal pies to the list: O is for olallieberry. The berries will be available at our favorite U-pick ranch mid-June through July. Sooo good. P is for persimmon. An old-fashioned persimmon pie has become a Thanksgiving tradition in our family, and folks are always intrigued when it makes an appearance at the dessert table.
