C for Caramel Pie! Basically a giant blob of dulce de leche in a crust. Mmmm. Also, I've never considered making a coconut cream pie before because for some reason I thought it was really hard or fussy or something. But this looks easy and WONDERFUL. Definitely on the list for this summer. Thanks!
