kaf-sub-michaela0326 May 10, 2011 at 12:59pm When we don't use up all the bananas, I stick them in the freezer (in the peel) and defrost them when I am ready to bake banana bread. I just cut off one end of the banana peel and squish the defrosted banana right into the bowl. Sweet and easy Reply
