So I have an older printed version that uses vegetable oil and says 5 bananas will produce 2 cups of banana - here you say 3 1/2 cups? Also the older recipe has 1 cup sugar, no honey. Seems simpler than 2 sweeteners although I suppose some prefer honey. And the old recipe says 205 degrees means it's cooked.

I suppose you just updated it?
