hi, if i use the mini loaf pans for this recipe, what will that mean for the time to bake -- will it decrease? anyone out there who has tried baking this using the mini loaf pans? Bake at the same temperature but check for doneness after 20-25 minutes. Bake longer if needed and check in just a few minutes. I do not know if anyone in our test kitchen has baked this in smaller pans. Enjoy! Elisabeth
