Hello! I got a recipe very similar to this one from my mom, who originally got it from her sister. My mom is now 98! Her recipe did not have the preserves, and is made in a round, flattish pan with a hole in the middle. I am wondering if anyone can shed some light on this recipe’s ethnic origin?
