This looks fantastic. I am going to make it this week using Amaretto Peach Pecan Preserves and chopped toasted pecans. I live in Fredericksburg, Tx. home of Fisher & Wieser who makes the preserves and other wonderful gourmet sauces. Thanks for the recipe.
