My husband has been asking me to make Raisin Biscuits for years now because he missed the packaged ones. I finally made them and they are really good. I didn't really like the packaged ones but I do like these. That being said, I weighed all my ingredients and the finished ball of dough weighed 250 g. I divided that in half (125 g each). After refrigerating, I started rolling one rectangle, and there was no way I was going to get a 10x14" piece of dough. I rolled it out as thin as possible but still workable and it was only about 7-8x10-11". I still worked with it, just didn't have as many cookies as I should have, darn! Husband has already said to make these again. Maybe I just have to get past the learning curve with rolling out dough. Thanks for the great recipe and photos.
