I have been eyeing this recipe for some time and this morning was the morning to make them! I am now enjoying the biscuits with a cup of PG Tips (with milk and sugar). Absolutely delicious! I can’t always find the Crawfords Garibalis. I used sultanas and left the sprinkling sugar off the tops. I might add one more tablespoon of confectioners sugar to the mix next time to make them a tad bit sweeter. Thank you for this recipe! I can see I may be making another batch tomorrow. These are near impossible to leave alone and my husband is not out of bed yet.
