OMG - pork roll! Tarragonmh you must be from Jersey. When I first moved to New England I asked for pork roll at one of the supermarkets here. They asked me to describe it. Um, well, it's pork, in a roll, and you have to cook it. :) It's pretty much a mystery product outside of New Jersey. Nowadays I can get it at my local Shop Rite - probably since they're a NJ company. Love these biscuits too, and will be trying the recipe later today.
