re:lucyjoyce1's question about layers and Amy's answer--if I'm not mistaken, the bottom 2 layers are cake and the top layer is a thick layer of filling. It stacks up this way...cake, filling, cake, filling, cocoa. Happy Baking! Irene @ KAF
