Sigh...I really wish so many of your recipes did not call for special ingredients that only you sell (ie, "tiramisu filling mix). I understand you're a company trying to sell your products, but I grow weary of coming to your blog and feeling like it's one big advertisement. We appreciate your feedback and we are reviewing some of our recipes and blogs to ensure we are offering a good variety of scratch baking and mix baking alternatives. If we are featuring a mix or other specialty item, you can bet it's because it caused a stir in the kitchen and we're excited to share it with our fellow bakers. Thanks again for sharing. ~MaryJane
