Can I use whole milk powder? I’m going to make this recipe before I get a reply. 😀

Also, I did some looking into the baking soda and the dissolving in water issue. There seems to be a fair amount of science involved in understanding it. To sum it up, it looks like we need our water at least to 176 degrees Fahrenheit. From there it should take a minimum of 15 minutes to dissolve.

I’ll let you know how it turns out.
