Hi there, Patty! The time can really change depending on the mixer and the mixing speed used. The dough should be slightly sticky, like the back of a piece of tape, and have a smooth surface. This will take about 3 to 5 minutes, but it's more important to go by how the dough looks and feels. Happy baking!
