Thanks PJ =) This is where not having the standard products here in New Zealand, which are readily available stateside, undermines me :( I've only seen rock salt here in NZ, which must be more susceptible to melting. Oh well. I might try freezing the dough and then only baking them as wanted. Thanks again for the great recipe!! Or maybe butter and salt them just before serving, Rhoda? PJH
