one final query .... How do I store the pretzels so that they are fresh but so the salt doesn't melt? I've seen here that some people freeze them. That's fine for long-term but for short-term? Thanks for the help! Rhoda, if you use coarse salt, it shouldn't melt - be sure to keep the pretzels airtight and DRY and COOL (not refrigerated), if possible. PJH
