P J I love the first picture. I am a toasted kind of girl, none of this pail stuff. Will this method of baking English Muffins work for some of your other recipes? I am waiting for my muffin rings and then right to work on these. Thanks! Carol Baking does yield a different muffin, Carol - not so many small holes, not quite so moist. You could certainly try it with the other recipes, though, see how they do... enjoy! PJH
