You had me going for a minute, I thought 'Ah ha! Another recipe to use the lemons I've just picked.' Then I looked at the recipe and not a real lemon in sight! I expect this will be very similar in taste to Magic Lemon Pudding. I will have to dig out my recipe as I haven't made one for years but now I am hankering for one!
