My mother's recipe is Paloma By The Sea cookies, which are like these, but with walnuts and shredded coconut in the dough. They are one of my favorite cookies! I love the name! Who wouldn't want to eat a Paloma by the Sea cookie? Just lovely! ~ MaryJane
