PJ, This was my favorite cookie growing up, from the Betty Crocker Cookbook. My mom used chopped walnuts and I still do and still love them. I think I have to make these again soon. I now have a long list of Easter baking, thanks to the blog. Thanks for bringing back the memories. Glad to have a hand in your happy memories, "Daughter." :) PJH
