Hi Robin. These can definitely be frozen. Scoop into balls, place on a sheet tray, and then freeze till solid. Once frozen, place in airtight container or freezer bag and store for 3-4 months. To bake, place dough on a sheet pan, let thaw and bake as directed. Happy Baking!
