Some bakers say they freeze these cookies with good success, but we've found that upon thawing, the sugar makes the cookies slightly soggy. You're welcome to try freezing the cookies before rolling them in powdered sugar to see if that works better, but the sugar might not stick very well if the cookies aren't warm. If this is the case, you could always try drizzling a simple glaze made of powdered sugar and milk over the top of the cookies to give them their signature sweetness. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
