Krysta, the almond flour is key to the texture and taste of these cookies, so we might suggest using a different recipe that will give you similar results but does not call for a nut product. We have a Lemon Snowball Cookie that just uses all purpose flour and resembles the Mexican Wedding Cookies in look, feel, and taste.
