Looks like a great recipe. I've not really done much with pies from bread dough, so will give this a try. Might substitute the eggs with onions though as I really don't like hard boiled eggs! Oh, and off topic a bit, I'm blaming your community pages for the fact that I now have a (sweet) mincemeat slice in the kitchen - fancy discussing Christmas treats in April! I've posted the recipe on my website, perhaps you have started a trend! That mince is amazing - I have some in my fridge from October, and it's still perfectly good! :) PJH
