Just love this Easter pie, but as I am from South Africa could someone tell me what is King Arthur Easy-Roll Dough Improver as we might have something like this here but under another name. Please help would love to try this. Beverley, this is something we developed, and I don't think you'd have it there. Substitute a couple of tablespoons of dry milk powder, if you have that. It won't do exactly the same thing, but is an approximation - simply makes the dough more extensible/easier to roll. Enjoy - PJH
