I hope to try this soon! I've been wanting to make an Italian Easter pie for some time, but all the recipes I've seen so far have a pretty complicated list of necessary ingredients impossible to get in our neck of the woods. My favorite Easter dish is Kurnik, a traditional Russian Easter pie, which I make every year.
