Baker beware. This was planned for Easter and I made the cake and filling on Saturday. Unfortunately my Internet provider decided not to provide on Easter morning and thus I had no recipe for frosting and was to tired (read as lazy) to look in my tons of cookbooks for a recipe. Ghiardelli's semisweet and cream poured over the top worked great. Thank you for a wonderful treat! Ganache is easy and always, ALWAYS appropriate - as you obviously know! Glad it worked out for you - even though your Internet provider decided to go on holiday... PJH
