I bought the New England hot dog roll pan back when it was featured on this blog, but never got around to trying the recipe. I'm wondering if I could bake this chocolate cake in the hot dog roll pan, then fill with the ricotta filling. The creative juices are flowing! I would love to hear any thoughts, not that experienced in baking sweets. Good idea about the filling - how about baking the chocolate cake from this blog, as I know it works? Good luck- PJH
