I hope you tested a batch with Cocoa Rouge!!!!!!!!!???? It is hands down THE BEST chocolate in KAF's cupboard - my opinion of course. I'm hoping for some great recipes for/with it! Nope, I didn't test it, but let us know if you do, Paul - we'll look forward to hering about your "tasty" results! PJH
