I made this cake yesterday and it was amazing! Blog really helped too! Only thing I would add for a tip is to use the frosting to build a wall around each layer before adding the filling. That way the filling doesn't squeeze out when you put the next layer on it :) Feedback from guests was that this was like eating a dessert at a high end restaurant, pure heaven with every bite!
