Tried these two nights ago with some skepticism. Was I relieved to hear from the hardest critic in the house, 'These are keepers'. Reminded me of a more flavorful version of a popular creamy filled cupcake purchased at the local store. The baking mastery of P. J. H. shines through on this one! Thanks, Nate! Glad these passed the "tough audience" test... PJH
