I want to send some of these muffins to my son in college for Easter; however, I was concerned that the filling might cause the muffins to need refrigeration several hours after baking. Would these delicious-looking muffins hold up to a journey through the mail? I wouldn't recommend that you send these through the mail as they do need refrigeration after a few hours. ~Amy
