These were delicious, but the directions were confusing to me. Two tablespoons of batter, check. One "heaping" "level' tablespoon of filling? Heaping is usally "overflow"... I had a lot of filling left over. I'm going to make again and add more filling. "Dollop on a heaping tablespoon of filling; a level tablespoon cookie scoop works well here." A tablespoon cookie scoop, which mimics the soup spoons people used to use to drop cookie dough onto a baking sheet, actually holds about 4 teaspoons, so is equivalent to "1 heaping tablespoon." Hope this helps demystify those directions! PJH
