How well would these work with Gluten-free flour? Anyone tried it yet? Any suggestions to adapt the recipe? Thanks!!! Sorry Christina, we don't have a gluten-free carrot cake or cupcake recipe yet, and we do not have any substitutions available at this time for turning this into GF. ~Jessica@KAF
