There is a problem in the substitutions area: "If you have almond oil instead of extract, stick with 1/4 teaspoon." That's twice as much as the almond extract. Jinkies, you're right! None of us caught that in all of our proofs. It should read, stick with half that amount". I'm going in right now to fix it. Thanks for the help, Eagle Eyes :) ~ MaryJane
