PJ Thanks for another great post. I really am not good at the creative stuff, like forming dove wings, so I was wondering if this could be baked in a pannettone pan? How would that affect the temp and cooking time? Thanks. Lilia Lilia, I'm sure this could be baked in a panettone pan. Bet you could bake it in a 9" x 5" loaf pan, too. You'd probably want to bake it at 350°F the whole time, tenting with foil after 20 minutes, and baking for a total of 40 to 45 minutes, or until it's done in the center (about 190°F).
