PJH, you never disappoint when it comes to authentic Italian recipes! Thank you for this! Years ago, Bon Appetit had a similar recipe and it was very complicated - multiple rises over 2 days, and it kept me up at night too. Nevertheless, I tried for 3 Easters in a row to get it right. I gave up. Every time, the bread was too dry for my liking. I had even ordered special paper 'dove molds', which I might have thrown away in sheer disappointment. I cannot wait to try this one!! Grazie! p.s., the glaze is the BEST part of this bread, delish..... Enjoy, Ariana - Buona Pasqua! PJH
