Ooh, I just have to try this one! As it happens, I got my son to bring back (first stop UK, then Spain) some of the yeast you mentioned from the USA. Well travelled yeast! Think I may use some Goji berries in it too......being red, they'd look pretty. As for the looking like a dove bit, think I'll give that a miss and maybe plait it instead!
